The park does not operate a cash or credit/debit card refund policy.

Deposits for bookings (1 night’s stop) are transferable within the current season on a night’s stop basis providing 10 days notice is submitted in writing or via e-mail.

Non-arrivals without the 10 days prior notice will not be eligible for any booking transfer.

*For cash returns – it is recommended that customers have a valid travel insurance against which any compensation can be claimed.
